Dreams are something that many know very little about. Some people are baffled that while asleep their mind is flowing with vivid images that, if lucky, will be remembered when they awaken. Dreams are anything from absurd to haunting, fascinating to life altering. It is said that we spend four years of our life in the Dream State. People usually formulae their own opinions on dreams. Dreaming is a biological process. It is a product of the brain. Dreams occur during REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement). If you were to wake up during the REM sleep, that is when you remember and recall details from your dream or dreams. Some people tend to wake up after a dream in the morning and think that they have been dreaming the same dream all night. What actually happens is that you might have dreamed a similar dream more than one time, or dreamed a few dreams in sequence with breaks in between, but because you have no knowledge of that, it seems as though it was the same constant dream for eight hours or how ever long you have been asleep.
