Warmer temperatures may lead to severe droughts and floods in some places. Animal species may not be able to survive. Vegetation will not adapt fast enough to find new habitats when heat encroaches its existing homes. What the majority of American's may not realize is that America as a country are expelling 25% of the harmful gasses that contribute to the greenhouse effect on the earth's atmosphere. This figure would be reasonable if the population represented 25% of the population on earth, but in reality the United States contains only 4% of the earth's population. It is not fair to the rest of the world to add so much to the greenhouse p!
