WH MAGIC
In "Whuthering Heights", Emily Bronte creates a story that contains "The Facts Of Life". While selfishness creates a backdrop for the story, while revenge and love carry the novel. Emily tells a story of a love affair that takes place through multiple generations. The themes of revenge and love are portrayed primarily through the character Heathcliff. Heathcliff seeks revenge when he is betrayed, and although vengeful in his younger years, it is not until his adulthood that he takes revenge against his former torturers. Even his true love becomes a victim of his revenge. The passion found within Heathcliff and Catherine seems to ruin the lives of almost everyone who is caught in the path. "Wuthering Heights", starts as thetypical story of ill-fated love, but grows into a plot filled with revenge. In my essay using various incorporated critiques, I will talk about the themes of love and revenge. While focusing on the relationship between Catherine and Heathcliff I will also describe its effect on the estate Wuthering
