Tuesdays with Morrie is a narration told by a man named Mitch. His story is about his relationship with his former college professor Morrie. When he was in college he became friends with his professor and looked to him as a father figure. Morrie gave Mitch lessons and advice on life. But after college Mitch lost touch with Morrie and became a sports columnist and began to stray from the life lessons that Morrie taught him.

Mitch happened to be flipping through the channels one day when he heard his old professor's name mentioned by Ted Koppel on the television. He found out that Morrie had been diagnosed with Lou Gerihgs disease and once again became reunited with his o
