In a modern society such as ours, crimes are being committed by children as young as five. We are not just talking about shoplifting or vandalism. These crimes are mild compared to our latest spree; murder. A topic that has been of great discussion here in the U.S.A is whether a minor should charged as an adult in crimes that deal with murder. I feel that at times minors should be held accountable for their actions. In most cases the only factors in a felony crime are either rage or a craving for attention.
