Winkleman Travel is a family run travel agency that was started in 1969 and is run out of an office in Cranston, Rhode Island. We provide travel plans for businesses, and planned vacations for individuals. Our mission is not simply to be a travel agency, but a personal travel assistant for our business clients and a vacation creator for our pleasure-seeking clients. Where most travel agencies just find a flight for their clients, Winkleman Travel will also find the cheapest and most convenient mode of transportation once in the destination city, and get the client to the places they want to go. A business traveler can rely on Winkleman Travel to get them to where they want be at the time that they want to be there, and can even call Winkleman Travel while on the road to either make schedule adjustments or to simply re-check their travel schedule. A pleasure seeking traveler can not only make flight arrangements, but also has the option of mapping out the whole trip with t!

Our goal in advertising is to convey to our audience that Winkleman Travel will provide the fasted, most flexible, and most enjoyable trip possible for a lower price than our competitors. We would like to tell our audience that we are the best bet for travelers with anything they need. We would also like them to know about added services that other travel agents do not provide, such as accommodating a quick change in plans and making it very easy, or our vacation creation services. This is in order to increase customer awareness of our business and its services and thereby raise our revenue.

Being such a small firm allows us to provide quality service to all our clients. When a client calls to make arrangements, they are talking to an executive of Winkleman Travel, and not a travel agency telephone operator. Tickets can either be sent out by mail, or can be electronically distributed. Electronic distribution means that the client can receive his tickets at the airport, provided that he has a valid ID with him.

This will include both vacationers who want to get to the attractions and businesspersons that would like to get to meetings on time. Both want to "get there." Therefore everyone can relate to the statement that you want to get to where you are going. Also, all print ads will have a similar layout. The radio advertisements will follow with the same campaign phrase and will have the same announcer. Both will emphasis the services that Winkleman Travel provides.
