Why is that when women suffer form premenstrual syndrome, also known as PMS, they always have to take it out on the ones that love them? I truly believe that my mother has the worst case of PMS in the world. She is probably one of the sweetest ladies on this planet, but if you catch her at that time when the volcano is about to erupt, then you would not want to be around her. This really bothers me because I cannot understand how such a sweet lady can flip to be so irritable. For example, I didn't go to school one day last semester for the reason of just being tired for class. When my mother came home from work later that day, I told her that I didn't go to class. I could tell by the look on her face that this was not the week to skip class. Then, she flipped saying that I was a failure, that I was lazy, and she even attempted to kick me out of the house. I tried not to talk back because I knew if I did then she would have flipped my words around to make them sound differently then I intended for them to mean. So I just took the verbal abuse and went to my room to leave her alone for the rest of the night. The next morning, I wake up in shock to see that there is breakfast on the table. My mother
Women's Health, a corporate office group that helps women with their health problems, state the symptoms of PMS can be physical and emotional ("Managing" 1). The physical symptoms are fluid retention, backache, abdominal bloating, breast tenderness/swelling, headaches/migraines, weight gain, cravings, increased appetite, and fatigue (1). The emotional symptoms are irritability, anxiety, tension, mood swings, depression, crying for no reason, mental confusion, and panic attacks. (1). It is hard to believe that there are cures for all of these symptoms, but you will believe after reading the next few paragraphs. "Hidden Truth Behind Exercise and Monthly Irregularities, The." PMS Solutions 7 February 2001. http://www.pmssolutions.com/Overcome.html. Another fact is that women that have a lover fat diet compared to ones that eat a high fat diet have lesser symptoms such as breast tenderness, bloating and swelling (2). In addition, a study shoed that women who drink one cup of coffee per day increased their risk of developing PMS by 30 percent and the risk skyrocketed to 700 percent in women who drank eight to ten cup per day (2). So I suggest to the women to double check with themselves if they really need more than one cup of coffee in the morning. All in all, PMS can be stopped and will be stopped only if these things can be done. To stop PMS, women have to watch what they eat, mothers have to make their daughters aware about PMS, exercise, and don't forget about he magic capsules. I believe if a woman did all of these things, then PMS would be none existent in her life. rarely makes breakfast for me s this was an even bigger surprise since she blew up on me the day before. The best for last prevention of PMS comes inside capsules. These capsules contain combinations of hers that actually stop PMS (Conway 6). There are three capsules, F+, Fpms, and Mpr (6). The pill called F+ is taken in between cycles to help regulate your body, then three to fives days prior to a woman's period, she would s
