It is May now and my spring term at Bucknell University has just ended. It has been an amazing year. I honestly could not have been happier at any other school in the country. So far, attending Bucknell has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I lived in the Swartz House all year, and became very well acquainted with everyone in my hall. My roommate is one of the coolest guys I have met. It is ridiculous how much we have in common, other than the fact that he plays soccer. We arranged our room so that we had quite a large sitting area to entertain people, so our room was rather busy on most nights. This definitely made it pretty difficult to get any work done, but then again that is college life for you.

The social aspect of college is what I love the most. Not having to worry about being home before curfew, or telling my parents what I'm doing. It was great. I spent most nights at the Sigma Chi Fraternity house (Baseball/Footbal


With such a packed schedule it has been very difficult to stay in touch with some of my friends from back home, but I guess it was time to move on anyways. Fortunately I have been able to stay in touch with my girlfriend who goes to school only an hour and a half away at Lehigh. In fact on the 24th we will have been together for a year and eight months. It will be nice to come home for the summer and see her for a long period of time, as opposed to those frantic weekends in which we saw each other, that were filled with me playing baseball and her playing field hockey.
