What if you were on a jury and had to decide between sending someone, possibly innocent, to death or sending a possibly guilty man free to roam the streets and do as he pleases? What if you had to decide this with eleven other people whom you don't know , and have nothing in common with? In the following, I will explain how juror number 3 in the play "Twelve Angry Men", represents the worst aspects of our jury system by being opinionated, close- minded, and sadist.
