Throughout the play Macbeth ambition has been key to plot progression and character change. The two main characters that show this personality are Macbeth and Lady Macbeth. Macbeth is a Scottish Man who after receiving prophecies has an eye out to become king. His wife Lady Macbeth also wants his prophecy to come true, only so she can become Queen. After reading the play and evaluating the scenario I have concluded that Macbeth is more ambitious than his wife.
