Cults
Satanists, Jehovah's Witnesses, the Mormons, and Hare Krishna are four different kinds of cults all over America. They will lie, they will beat their victims, and they will scare them into their cults. Harmful cult leaders are sending out recruiters to do and say anything necessary to get teenagers, young adults, and sometimes children involved in joining their cults, without mentioning the characteristics and beliefs of that particular kind of cult.If people were aware of the characteristics of all the cults in the world, they would be more careful about what kinds of meetings they attended or what kinds of parties they, their children, or their friends attended. Many of the cults around today, give the idea that God has "revealed" something special to them. The Mormon Church, for example, says that Christianity was in apostasy for near 18 centuries, until God "revealed" new "truth" to Joseph Smith, Jr., restoring the true gospel that had been lost. Including school, parties, dances, restaurants, sports events, after-school hangouts, classes and seminars that talk about self improvement, and also in hospitals. Cult recruiters roam around and try to find vulnerable victims to talk into coming to a cult meeting. Most teens are more likely to believe what cult recruiters tell them when they are looking for answers in their spiritual life, when a crisis destroys their confidence, when they have no clue how to act anymore, or when they are clueless to what they believe or value. A great many of now-cult members joined at the youngest age of sixteen. Most of them do so because of stressful transitions they are going through during adolescence.
