Madison noticed how the Articles of Confederation disrupted the majority of the American people and created a system of government where liberty was so free that it hindered society. It was then that the decision to create a new system of government was in the best interest of all the people in America. This was the creation of the Constitution. There were a few problems within the Constitution of the United States of America, but the effects that it produced in society were far more positive than that of the Articles of Confederation.

If we had no money being brought into the government, we would not have been successful. If we still had the articles and not the constitution the government would have more control over us then is does. Although the articles set the United States free, it was unable to provide them with a solid government. There would have never been no unity. The United States would not have survived if there was no change or replacement in the Articles of Confederation. It is seen easily that the Articles of Confederation was weak and ineffective for our society.
