Welfare

Welfare is government programs that provide money, medical care, food housing, and other necessities for needy people. People who receive welfare include children, the aged, the blind, the disabled, and others who cannot adequately provide for themselves and their families. Most welfare in the United States comes from agencies of the federal and state governments. They are also funded by payroll taxes on workers and their employers.

Federal and state governments in the United States help the needy through about sixty public assistance programs. Most people receive assistance chiefly through four major programs. These are (1) Medicaid, (2) Aid to Families with Dependent Children, (3) Supplemental Security Income for the aged, blind, and disabled and (4) the Food Stamp Program. Such as fruits, vegetables, meat, natural juices things that are healthy. It is bad enough to see that most of the customers don't look like they are in need of the program. They are one of the many participants who abuse of the program. Something must be done to stop these abusers.

This program needs a solution soon. Because it is not correct to have you're hard earned money being wasted on unnecessary stuff that is not helping the participant in any way. Because if not there will be a bigger problem with critics in the near future. I am a full time student at Cal State Long Beach, working a full time and part time job to help pay for my education. I feel very discouraged to see that I am working hard to get what I want, while seeing others get what I
