Shopping comparison
In the twenty-first century, a lot of changes have been made to make it easier to shop. An example of this is the e-shopping of cars. To show an example I will evaluate two companies that started this trend of major product shopping: Volvo and Saturn. Although these two companies have a big price difference (since Volvo is considered a luxury automobile and Saturn and economic family car), they both want to serve their clients in the best way possible. Of the two sites evaluated, I believe that the Volvo site was the most user friendly and useful because of the information it provides, the live customer support and the 3-D viewing. Nevertheless, although more basic, the Saturn site was also well done but lacks some interactive qualities. The design of the Volvo site was absolutely terrific. It was full of information, a chat table for any questions you may ha
