Siddhartha's life is full of interesting. He lives like 3 different people. He has got 3 different lifestyle throughout his life. First part of his life, he lived with his family like his father, mother, friend and his society. Second part of his life, he lived with Samanas and Buddha . Third part of his life, he lived with Kamala. Children live theirs first part of life with theirs family as well as Siddhartha. He still child when he lived with his family at that time he wants to follows his father "Brahmin". He is thirsty for knowledge. His philosophy of life is learning more and more. As the book states "There was happiness in his father's heart because of his son who was intelligent and thirsty for knowledge"(2). His father, his environment is happy to Siddhartha because he gave happiness to and delights to everybody. When he starts to grow up as well as his philosophy of life starts to change. He wants to different type of lifestyle. The religious men follow the teachings and practices but they have not yet experienced the true self. Siddhartha shows some impatience with this. He wants feel the experience of the self. He does not want to wait forever like his father and other religious men. As the books states "Siddhartha
At starting point of his journey, he thinks worldly pleasures these types of pleasures always make him unsatisfied. He want to achieve Nirvana means discover pure. He learns to transcend the body when he joins Samanas that means forget the real life, give up all thoughts, things that ordinary people satisfied. He gave up all pleasures of real life (world); money, food, and clothes and satisfies the body. Last part of his life, he gains all of these pleasures with Kamala. He tasted rich, food, sex and he become ordinary people. His second part of life is his living with Samanas. He must exactly change here, because Samanas life styles are exactly different from his first part of life. He must forget all of his characteristics. For example hem must become empty for thirst, desire, dreams, pleasure and sorrow. He was thirsty for knowledge in his first part of life but he must forget everything. His philosophy of lives exactly change. This life style is very hard because people has been forget everything from theirs life, adapt here. As the book states "Siddhartha learned a great deal from the Samanas, he learned many ways of loosing the Self"(15) The Samana philosophy is based on a total separation from the world; the world of society and the world of possessions and pleasure. Their life is spent in deep contemplation and self-denial. At that part of his life, Siddhartha believes that life is an illusion; it is not real. His aim while he is with Samanas is to prove this, and move beyond illusion into the reality of pure spirit. It many ways it is like shedding the physical body by ignoring its needs.
