Everything in this world always changes and develops itself into something better and in some cases worse. One of the fastest changing environments is IT and all of the specific parts that make it up. For example, if a person were to go buy a top of the line, state of the art home computer, it would become obsolete within the month. Not every part of the IT state becomes obsolete that fast, but sooner or later it does. One of the biggest parts of the IT industry is the programming side of the industry.
