Government is on of the oldest

Government is one of the oldest human inventions. It was first created around the sixth century in Egypt and has been evolving ever since. The United States Government has not only borrowed its ideas from England but also from the rest of the world. The US Constitution sets a strong governmental structure at both the State and Federal level with three separate branches: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. The Executive branch at the State level is remarkably similar to the Federal level. The Governor is the principle executive officer in each of the 50 States. They are always the central figure in State politics and often move on to serve in the US Congress or even become President. The Governor's qualifications are not as strict as those to become President but there are still the informal requirements that are tougher to meet. The State Government sets up many programs, which are design to benefit the citizens of the State. Education of the States residents is one of the States most important duties. It has set up the school system and many financial assistance programs to help students pay for lunches and other costs. Public welfare is another program, which helps people pay for medical service. Highways construction and Public safety are 2 other focuses of the States programs. Money for these programs are raised on both the local and State level. There are very few limitations put on raising money for State programs. A State sales tax and the State income tax are 2 ways that a State can raise money. The US government will never stop evolving because bills are constantly being written so in the future State money could help everyone to have a better their lives.
