The whole nation has been glued to their televisions; we now read the paper for more than just the comics and the sports pages. The Chronicle and the Daily Review both have writers who represent many in their towns concerned with the fallout of September 11th. We all fear deep in our hearts what is to come now, but the writers of the San Francisco paper are showing this more than those at the smaller city level. Perhaps the Chronicle has more freedom to print articles which are more controversial or daring, or maybe its readers are just more wanting of such articles. Whatever the case, we have all been affected by the events of the 11th and our voices show that in the newspapers. The major focus of the Opinion pages of the Chronicle is terrorism and what we should now do to combat future attacks. "This Week's Issue" is firearms in the cockpit
