Resolved that The United Federal government should establish a Foreign policy significantly limiting the use of weapons of mass destruction

Because I agree with this viewpoint, I stand resolved that: The United States Federal Government should establish a foreign policy significantly limiting the use of weapons of mass destruction.

To fully understand the resolution, we must first identify all key terms. Definitions come from the American Heritage High School dictionary.

United States- a country of central and NW North America with coastlines on the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. It includes the non contiguous states of AK and HI ad various island territories in the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean. Capital is Washington D.C. Population is 24,963,692

Federal- of, relating to, or being a form of government in which individual states recognize the seventy of a central authority but retain certain powers.

Government- exercise of authority in a political unit; rule.
