Odysseus and the Cyclops

Odysseus and his men came to an island where Cyclopes, giants, and louts livedin caves. They saw a Cyclops that slept in a cave alone and took his flocks to graze. Odysseus took twelve of his best men and went ahead to the Cyclopes' cave with a goatskin full of liquor. The men looked around the Cyclops cave and asked Odysseus to take the cheeses and then come back for the sheep but Odysseus refused, so he and his men stayed. The
