I am submitting this paper today to make you more aware of the possibilities that lie before you. My team and I are giving people the opportunity to go where no normal man has ever gone before. Trips to the moon moved out of science fiction and into reality on July 20th in 1969. On that date, Apollo 11 landed on the Sea of Tranquility, extending the edge of human experience 400,000 km into space and to the surface of another planet. Many
