It is very essential to have friends in a life. A friend is like one of our family member on whom we can trust and can give correct advice. Some of our problems are such that we can't tell our parents but we can tell our friend, who can understand our problem and can help us out of that problem. I have two friends who have similar temperaments but different personalities and intelligence levels and who love music but have very different tastes in it.

Two friends can have similar outlooks, but can have completely different personalities. My two friends Malav and Tejas are good examples. Malav is shy. He doesn't even talk with unfamiliar people. Even if someone asks him a question, instead of giving a reply back, he will try to escape. He is so straightforward that he never talks behind your back, instead he will tell you straight away what you are doing wrong. Once in high school we were having final test in out English class. I went to his place and told him let's go out and have some fun. But, he straightaway told me that he didn't want to be disturbed, because he needed to study for the final test. Malav and Tejas present a similarity in temperaments. At first sight Malav always has a positive attitude towards any work. Once we were working on a project in a high school and it's due date was coming closer and closer, but we didn't have any clue about the project. So we all started thinking that we weren't going to be able to complete it. Malav was the only person that had a positive attitude and he told us don't stop trying to complete it; nothing is impossible to achieve in life. He is so mature that he respects his parents and friends; also he understands his personal responsibilities and makes proper decisions, which leads him to success. He always completes his work by himself and never depends on any one. In some ways, Tejas is also quite similar to Malav. He also had a positive attitude towards anything he works on. His behavior with friends is excellent. He is always ready to help anybody who needs. Both Malav and Tejas are so well mannered and mature that any one can be proud of having friends like this.

Sometimes two people can have similar knowledge on some topic, but they can be completely contrasting in intelligence. Malav has a magnificent grasping power and has a photographic memory. Once an instructor teaches it to him, he will not forget it forever. His level of intelligence is very high. He gets straight A+ grades in all classes. Once our math instructor was showing us how to solve the important problems, but suddenly he came across one problem even he cannot solve it. So he asked help from students.
