Sigmund Freud is most widely known for revolutionizing psychology, and for his ideas on how the human mind works. He has greatly advanced the fields of psychiatry and psychology. His work and theories have helped millions of people all over, and brought new approaches in all different areas of life. His thoughts and ideas have even presented new themes for authors and artists. For these reasons, he is world-renowned and has gained international recognition, which is rightfully granted.Freud was born on May 6,1856, in Freiberg, Moravia, which is now the Czech Republic.
