When is a person guilty of a crime? When they hurt or infringe on the rights of another persons, but what if the guilty one has no clue as to what the consequences hold? Someone who has never had any person in their life to teach them the difference between right and wrong and is then rejected by society because of its hideous appearance. What else is a creature such as this suppose to do except kill in order to get revenge and justice for itself? Dracula is guilty of his crimes, but the beast is not. Dracula is a very cruel, intelligent man that is guilty of his disgusting crimes. According to the novel Dracula by Bram Stoker he is described basically as a human beast. The Translyvannian people's conception about Count Dracula was described as the king of darkness, unpredictable savage and furthermore a human feeder to repopulate his own existance throughout humanity.
