Time is the measure in which human thoughts work. Since we are time, there is no way that we can fully understand it. The reason we manifest violence, is simple, man tries as hard as he can to grasp the ungraspable, but when he fails, he gets frustrated. When humans get frustrated they tend to take it out on other objects or people.

Time passes and eternity remains the same. Eternity is not the infinite extension of time it is the moment. The moment includes all of time. There has never been a time that was not in the moment, nor will there ever be. So if something persists in time, it partakes of eternity. Time does not exist without "I am". The reason for this is, "I am" is always changing, but if there is no change there is no time. If man understands the unity of measurement, they don't need the divine. By saying they understand time completely, they are in fact saying they are they divine. This is impossible, there is only one divine, he was here in the beginning and he will be here for the end. Man cannot claim that, we are born one year and die another, our physical existence on this earth temporary.
