The controversy between the Lord's creation and Darwin's theory of evolution is an ongoing argument. Although both sides support strong arguments, either have yet to prove theirs views to be correct. Evolution goes against the teachings of the bible but scientists today still oppose the idea that God created the earth. According to the bible God created man to have fellowship with God (Acts 17: 27); In the beginning god created the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1: 1); God created man from dust and not from animals (Genesis 2: 7). The meaning of these reasons is simply that God created man, God created the heavens, and God created the earth, and there is written documentation to back this up.
