In the history of man, there have been many different absolute rulers who have had their own ideas of how to rule their domain. Some of these absolute rulers, who have had total control over their regions, ruled with dignity and fairness, which imposed positive effects on their countries. Others have ruled with stupidity and foolishness, which have brought adverse effects on their countries. Queen Elizabeth I portrayed both of these descriptions during the time of her rule.
