Living Day by Day

Life, in essence, is but a series of moments each unpredictable as well as precious. Dwelling on the future or the past can only lead to anxiety and therefore one should live life day by day. Buddha was

once quoted as saying that, ”The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future, or not to anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.” My philosophy on life is basic in that I believe that one should not dwell on petty insignificant problems, instead they should live each moment carefree and honest. Time will always correct the little things, and if you spend most of your days worrying you’ll never actually live. Life should be spent being happy and content in your toiling, free from regret and apprehension. You should not live each day in mourning for the next. You should look forward to every day because they all present a world of opportunity.
