2) The story is about and narrorated by a man named Meursault. The story begins with the death of Meursault's mother. He's not very close with her and he goes to the Nursing home in which she lived in for her funeral. He's definitely not emotional about the situation and doesn't show that he is sad or hurt by it at all. He focuses on the world around him instead of the personal issues in his life. Once he grew up he felt like there wasn't anything more for them to say to each other.
