As technology progresses and information is regarded as invaluable, an individual's right's and privacies are becoming jeopardized. Personal information is logged and charted via Email, Internet activity, business transactions, medical records in addition to a myriad of other databases that store private information. This information is being siphoned through computers and shared, transferred as well as sold to various agencies without the individuals consent or knowledge or the transaction. Data is becoming more readily available to intrusive organizations and meddling agencies wishing to gain access a person's unique personal account. Such activity impedes an individual's autonomy and sense of individuality.

In order to find and equilibrium between freedom, security and privacy, individuals must be informed and exert objective reasoning. Awareness is key in establishing a person's position within the system. I believe it is inherently unjust to interfere with an individuals privacy and well being without proper representation and documentation.
