The prechosen problem being investigated is "Eduaction on Values as a transversal of the Curricular Reformation". The goal is to know how reform can de developed in educational centers. I'll focus on the limitations and problems that are appearing in the teaching process. I'll determine what is correct and what is not by interviewing teachers, parents and students.The current investigation took place in the technical school of "Juan Abel Echeverria" high school in Latacunga- Cotopaxi. The information was obtained from several sources, some of which are Course Council, Parents Committees, high school Supervisors, teachers, Area Directors. They have all contributed to my research by participating as social actors and habitants of Eloy Alfaro community, which was the surveyed site. Teachers and students from different subjects were polled to obtain inquries that were used as investigation instruments. Additionally, some interviews and observation were recorded to get concrete data about intolerant facts. Furthermore, I have noted that there is a lot still to do to improve our eduactioal system. 5.1.4. Characteristics of the new man of the 21st century. It seems clear that we live in a close-minded world that has been masked because we fear that are mistakes will affect our professionalism. Teachers cowardly cover their mistakes because they feel ashmed to admit that they are wrong. Instead they conveniently invent untruths. The government wants to change learning things through memorization. Understanding the subject matter is more important than memorizing an entire book. Incorperating creativity in students will enable than to improve their moral values. It is clear that this problem needs immediate attention. It has been developing since 1992.
