Suffering is as much a part of life as much as pleasure and having fun is therefore it is only logical that poets should select this theme for their poems. Suffering is omnipresent in our life from when we are young till when we are fully grown adults. It is present many forms some of which are more obvious than others. In this literary essay I will attempt to discuss this theme in relation to poems by Wilfred Owen, and Charles Causley.
