Middle East Peace Prospect
One of the most discussed subjects in the news today is the struggling peace of the “Middle East.” It seems everyone in America has a different view or opinion about the region geographers call Southwest Asia. Future relations between the oil-rich Muslim societies of Southwest Asia and the oil-hungry United States are often depicted by thermonuclear war and riotous violence, but with knowledgeable actions by the U.S. peace can be very possible and apt. To Americans there are obvious problems facing these peaceful relations, and there is also a strong argument against the improvement of these relations. What many Americans think is what the media loves to deliver. There are however many problems cause by these Muslim societies and the actions made by the U.S. If only these problems could be overcome, then the road to peace will be paved and marked. Possibly the most enduring problem is overcoming the extremely turbulent past conflicts and focusing on the future. Here in lies another deeply rooted problem.
