A detailed Summary of How Gender Defines Individuals


How does a person become an individual? Is there really such thing as an individual? These questions are hard and often unable to be answered. One thing that helps to answer them is the issue of gender identity and how it effects a person. Gender identity guides people to fit into the "proper" mold and behavior that is "appropriate" to their status. Starting at ages as young two children begin to see the way that gender affects them. There are certain roles as males and females that people feel they have to fit; from the job as a house wife to young boys always wanting to fistfight these roles are fulfilled by society and most people aren't even aware of it.
