Heather Ngo Stress: How it effects our daily lives and how to manage it Stress is a normal part of life. Every person experiences stress one way or another, and everyone has their own way of handling it. Some ignore their problems while others face them. Stress can either harm you or make you who you are. When I have stress, I chose to let it make me into a stronger person, to focus and channel otherwise wasted energy into productive activity when possible -which happily for me is most of the time. Everyone has stress, and we all have different stressors, the causes of stress. I see this in some of the customers who come to my salon, a place to get away and relax for a part of the day. To forget about having too many credit card payments, relationship or employment problems, among other things. Choosing a new color of nail polish and chatting with us is certainly a stress reducer! There are various types of stress, some minor, and easily dealt with and other major stress factors such as financial or health problems. We all experience them at some point in our lives, if they aren't coped with, they can cause major problems.
