Elizabeth is the perfect sister, companion, confidant, friend, and mooorrre.

Chapter Ten: Travails and travels continue. He meets the creature who has acquired the ability to speak and reason articulately (in a little more than two years time). They have a heated argument, and Victor Frankenstein is persuaded to accompany the creature back to his mountain cabin to hear his full story.
Chapter Four: Victor learns from teachers both good and bad and begins to be drawn into his desire to discover the ?principle of life?. This leads to strange behaviors such as digging in graveyards, torturing animals, etc.
Chapter Eight: Justine is accused, put on trial, at which time she weakly defends herself, and is sentenced to death. To complicate matters she confesses and unconfesses. The family remains overwrought. Justine accepts her death sentence, Victor is overwhelmed with grief and guilt.
