The facial expressions and the way people reacted to certain situations was more easily understood in the movie than in the book. The plot was just more interesting in the movie than in the book for the same reason visualization. in the movie because you could see how winning money from the races became Paul's point in the movie as to point out how cold hearted the mother was. The movie made the lying. To acutely see the parents fighting about money in front of Paul and to the money mother anyway he can even if it means constantly trying to pick the winner's of every payed any attention to him and when Paul had given her money she never acted happy or The plot of the movie was as easy to understand in the book as in the movie but the jubilant.
