In Lord Byron's poem "She Walks In Beauty", he is ultimately describing what he thinks to be the idea of the perfect woman.
Some of the devices he used such as the rhyme scheme, meter, and sound devices give the poem it's mellow and gentle tone. This tone suggests the tender nature of this enchanting woman. Furthermore, I personally thought it gave the reader a sense of steadiness, allowing them to focus more on the actual idea of this mesmerizing woman, rather than the written words on the paper.
