Literary Analysis

Emily Dickinson has written many outstanding literary pieces, including poetry. Isolated from the world after her father's death, followed immediately by the death of her mother, Emily had many feelings and emotions, and nothing but a pen and paper to let them out on. She continued on with her life, writing poetry and escaping into the world of written literature. I think this poem is a significant portion of my life. Whenever I feel gloomy I enjoy reading this poem, along with other favorite poetry. Because this piece of literature is something that can be taken to heart if read at the right moment, I recommend others should study it. In closing, I would like to add that this work of elaborate thoughts is a very inspirational piece of Emily Dickinson's. I believe that to anyone with the right state of mind, this Dickinson poem can be exceptionally motivating and encouraging.

Social significance is a vital part of life. Although sociality was not as imminent in Dickinson's day as is today, it remained a portion of every day life. There are numerous levels of social depths, from as important as lunch with the president to consoling a disheartened friend, which is precisely what the author of this poem does. Although it may not seem crucial, soothing a friend or family member is of
