I think the death penalty (Capital punishment is ethical. Capital punishment is a form of almost revenge for the terrible crimes some people make like murder. Capital punishment is unique because it makes criminals some times think first before committing their injustices crimes. The death penalty is kinds of justice were the crime fits the punishment. The violent crimes like murder take away the victim's dignity and the right to live; therefore the criminals should also be taken their dignity and the right to live.

Capital punishment is only used for certain crimes that fall into a serious category for the death penalty to be used. In my opinion, I believe the death penalty works and is an excellent form of punishment. One reason I believe this is because I don't think that someone should be able to live their own life if they took someone else's life or intended to take someone else's life. Another reason I believe this is because I don't think that other forms of punishments really work for such crimes. I believe the death penalty works and is an excellent form of punishment. I believe this because I feel that if a person can commit a crime to end someone else's life then they should not be able to have and enjoy their own li

But when there are Supporters of capital punishment say that "society has the right to kill in defense of its members, just as an individual has the right to kill in self defense for his or her own personal safety". For the protection of society in the case of deadly infectious disease, it would not be acceptable to go to euthanasia for a solution. I think their could be alternatives to avoid euthanasia. Even with diseases were the person is mentally ill and doesn't no right from wrong. There is the possibility that mentally challenged murderers sentenced to death were incapable of understanding their crimes and actions. So people like this should not serve the death penalty. Finally, I think in all in all Capital punishment is a good from of justice. . Let the punishment fit the crime
