Representitive Agreement

Field Sales Representative Agreement

General: Field sales representatives are independent sales personnel compensated by commission only and are fully responsible for all expenses. Abc company International, Inc. has a dynamic compensation package that will be tailored to your particular needs and the unique characteristics of each territory.

Company Goal: It is our company goal to recruit the highest quality sales representatives in the industry, for each territory. These representatives will have the companies overall interest in mind. We will eventually have one field representative that caries all 3 brands in each territory. Each representative that carries less then all brands offered by our company will be reviewed for replacement at the completion of each golf season.

Territory: Each field sales representative will receive commissions from all sales derived from accounts in your assigned territory. However when special pricing is offered to large chain accounts for the betterment of the over all company unless opened by the representative commissions will not be paid.

Commission Structure: The following examples convey typical commission breakdown when dual field and telemarketing sales efforts are


House Accounts: The establish our brand name around the country we have opted to offer pricing that does not carry commission to certain key accounts. The Abc company staff will handle these accounts. A list of any House Accounts in your territory will be provided.

Sales Goals: Production in your territory will be tracked; and quarterly and annual goals must be met. Maximum penetration is the primary objective. Each of the company's 3 brands (Abc company, Leading Edge & Players Junior Golf) requires a minimum of $10,000.00 per month of written business and $25,000.00 per month if you are caring all three. Building the proper blend of field and telemarketing sales will allow you to reap the greatest reward. Exceptions to these minimal goals may be allowed for under developed territories, but will require a minimum of 3 new accounts per line per month and must be approved in writing by the director of sales.

Termination: Either party can terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Field Representative agrees; all Abc company branded products and related collateral products and materials are the property of Abc company International; and will be returned to Abc company International upon request.

National Accounts that Ship Inside and Outside of your Territory: Many golf retail outlets utilize a number of distribution arrangements in the course of their daily business. We will issue commissions for sales on products sold into these businesses under the following conditions: 1. If the account in question provides a single bill to address and issues separate ship to addresses; commissions will be paid to the representative servicing the ship to locations. 2.
