Field Sales Representative AgreementGeneral: Field sales representatives are independent sales personnel compensated by commission only and are fully responsible for all expenses. Abc company International, Inc. has a dynamic compensation package that will be tailored to your particular needs and the unique characteristics of each territory. Company Goal: It is our company goal to recruit the highest quality sales representatives in the industry, for each territory. These representatives will have the companies overall interest in mind. We will eventually have one field representative that caries all 3 brands in each territory. Each representative that carries less then all brands offered by our company will be reviewed for replacement at the completion of each golf season. Territory: Each field sales representative will receive commissions from all sales derived from accounts in your assigned territory. However when special pricing is offered to large chain accounts for the betterment of the over all company unless opened by the representative commissions will not be paid.
