In the epic poem, Beowulf, many examples show the Anglo-Saxon way of life and can be compared easily. Their attitudes, religious beliefs, and values also reflect the way they lived. Beowulf, the epic hero of the poem boasted all the time and only cared about fame and being recognized. Religion played a big part in their lives throughout their history of being converted to Christianity.
