Fredrick Douglass(born Frederick Augustus Washington Baily) was born as a young slave in Tuckhoe in Febraury 1818 to his mother Harriet Bailey. Fredrick was taken from his mother as a young child and sent to Lloyd Plantation with his master Aaron Anthony in 1824. Fredrick only got to see his mother about four or five times before she died in 1826. After the death of his mother he was sent to live Hugh and Sophia Auld in Baltimore. In 1
