One example of having fear is going through a change, such as getting a new teacher in school. You don't know what he will be like, and if he will be totally different from what you are used to. Trying to do well in school is already hard enough, and having a difficult teacher only makes it that much harder. My greatest fears of having a new English teacher are his grading policy and if his class will be boring.

Another one of my fears of having a new English teacher is if his class will be boring. If his class is boring, I probably won't pay that good of attention, because I will be so bored. If this were to happen I would probably fall behind, and I wouldn't get that good of a grade. If he is not boring and is able to keep my attention, I will follow the material that we are learning much better, because I will actually be paying attention. A school day can be really long and boring, and having a boring teacher doesn't help it to seem any shorter or make it be more fun. Whether a teacher is boring or not is really important, and that is why that is one of my greatest fears of having a new English teacher.
