Romeo and Juliet is a classic tale of two young lovers who cannot get married due to a feud between families . This tale Has many different versions set in many different time frames but they all share the same basic storyline . One recent variation of
Romeo and Juliet was made with Leonardo Dicaprio staring as Romeo and Claire Danes as Juliet . This is a good example of how Romeo and Juliet can be transformed without changing the basic idea of the play . In this version the three most transformed scenes from the book are Act one-Scene one , Act one-Scene five and the final act . These scenes have been transformed through various ways but none of the dialogue has been changed and that is what makes this version of Romeo and Juliet truly unique .

Another obvious change is the props in the movie they use guns
When William Shakespeare was writing Romeo and Juliet . He probably did not know the impact it would be having on future generations . This play is truly a work of genius showing irony and contrast. This work raised the level of romance stories to the next level . I think that there will be many more variations of Romeo and Juliet in the future .
Another change that was made was made was Juliet waking up just as Romeo was taking his sucidal poison , she also knocked it out of his hands just as he had finished t
