A detailed Summary of Punishments

Right now no matter what I do I get the same punishment. For example if im late getting home I will be grounded. If I get an F on a progress report I will be grounded but for a longer amount of time. I think there should be a list of things that parents should take away in order of how bad the crime is. Parents and kids should come up with a list of rewards and punishments in advance. The three reasons for this are as follows. One, being grounded for a relatively small crime is not fair. Second, I think if I'm going to get grounded for getting a C on a progress report the time I'm grounded should be shorter than if I get an F on a progress report.
