Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a diagram that explains in great detail, every level of a persons needs. These needs are true for everyone. They may be used to better understand someone and may be incorporated into any situation. I will attempt to incorporate Maslow's findings into my business ethics program. This may also be converted into something called the stages of organizational need. It describes very well the different stages of customer satisfaction; this is how I will incorporate Maslow's teachings.
