I chose to discuss Fuji Xerox Singapore and their approach to managing in an effective way. The managing director of Fuji Xerox Singapore Koh Ching Hong did the article. When he was appointed the managing director of Fuji Xerox Singapore in 1996 and in 1997 Hong had faced a difficult decision because of the recession where he had to cut 40 people or to trim the payroll.
