I have always envied those people who knew what they wanted to do with their lives because I was never one of them. I had been leaning toward the business world for a long time, but it’s a big world and there were so many directions to choose from. One day in eighth grade we had a career day at our middle school and I signed up to see a presentation on marketing communications not really having any clue what that was. When the hour had passed I had finally figured out what I wanted to do. I had discovered a career that would suit me perfectly. High school followed shortly after I had made this decision and many math classes came along with it. I was never too fond of math but I’m sure it doesn’t speak too highly of me either. I knew there was no getting around it so I did what I had to do.
