Body language sometimes is an easier way of expressing feelings than spoken language. Body language is used in our everyday conversation, yet many people do not even realize what they are really "saying" about themselves. People may give their true feelings away by not being aware of their own body language. Research has shown that

By making eye contact with a teacher when he or she is talking, the student is showing an attitude of interest and attention. However, the teacher asks a student a question and the student avoids eye contact and simply looks beyond or turns away, this behavior shows true feelings.
